  1. KEY DATES:

The FIND THE CUP & WIN Contest (the “ Contest ”) is brought to you by Kruger Products L.P. (the “ Sponsor ”) and begins on March 2, 2020 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ ET ”) and ends on May 17, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “ Contest Period ”).

  1. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER:

The Contest is open only to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of the Sponsor, the National Hockey League, NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC and the member clubs of the National Hockey League (“ NHL ”) (collectively, the “ NHL Entities ”), each of their respective distributors, representatives, agents, sponsors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “ Contest Parties ”).

  1. AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY RULES:

By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules and Regulations (the “ Rules ”).

  1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER INCREASE OR OTHERWISE IMPACT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING IN THIS CONTEST. At the start of the Contest, there will be a set number of: (i) specially-marked participating products (each, a “ Participating Product ” and collectively, the “ Participating Products ”); and (ii) No Purchase Necessary Envelopes (each, an “ Envelope ” and collectively, the “ Envelopes ”). At the start of the Contest, there will be a total combination of Four Million Nine Hundred and Sixty-Two Thousand ( 4,962,000 ) Participating Products//Envelopes available for distribution, while supplies last, as follows:

    1. Alternatively, to obtain one (1) Envelope and one (1) UPC Code, while supplies last, without making a purchase, print your first name, last name, telephone number, date of birth, and complete mailing address (including postal code) on a plain white piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient Canadian postage) along with: (i) a handwritten, fifty (50)-word or more, unique and original essay telling us what you love about hockey and (ii) a self-addressed pre-paid stamped envelope with sufficient return Canadian postage; to the following address: Spider Marketing Solutions - 103 Richmond Street East, Suite 201, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 1N9 (collectively, the “ Request ”). Upon receipt of a valid Request in accordance with these Rules, you will receive one (1) randomly-selected Envelope and UPC Code per unique and original Request received per envelope with sufficient Canadian postage. To be eligible, a Request must: (i) be received separately in a single envelope bearing sufficient Canadian postage (i.e. multiple Requests in the same envelope will be void); and (ii) be post-marked during the Contest Period and received by no later than May 8, 2020 to allow Sponsor sufficient time to mail back the Envelope and UPC Code via regular mail. The Contest Parties and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “ Released Parties ”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Requests (all of which are void).

At the start of the Contest Period, there will be a total of three (3) eligible winning tickets (each, a “ Winning Ticket ”) that will display the following message: “ Score! You Found the Cup. You are a potential winner of a trip for two (2) to the Stanley Cup® Final. ” Each Winning Ticket will randomly be placed within either: (i) a Participating Product; or (ii) an Envelope. For the avoidance of any doubt whatsoever, there will be only three (3) Winning Tickets – where each such Winning Ticket will randomly be placed within either: (i) a Participating Product; or (ii) an Envelope. Once the Contest Period starts, however, there is no guarantee that a Winning Ticket will actually be found by an eligible entrant. If you find a Winning Ticket (either within a Participating Product or within an Envelope) then you will be eligible to win a Grand Prize (subject to compliance with these Rules). At the start of the Contest Period, the odds of finding a Winning Ticket are 3 in Four Million and Nine Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand (4,962,000). The odds of winning will change throughout the Contest Period as Participating Products//Envelopes are distributed and Grand Prizes are redeemed.

  1. PART A – Winning Tickets (3 Grand Prizes):

    1. GRAND PRIZES:

There will be three (3) Grand Prizes (each, a “ Grand Prize ” and collectively, the “ Grand Prizes ”) available to be won. Each Grand Prize consists of the opportunity for the confirmed winner and one (1) Guest (subject to the Guest Requirements noted below – the “ Guest ”) to travel to a city hosting the 2020 Stanley Cup® Final (“ Host City ”). Specific travel dates and Host City will be determined at a later time and will be confirmed by the Sponsor. Each Grand Prize includes: (i) round trip airfare (economy class) for the confirmed winner and his/her Guest to the Host City from a Canadian airport near the confirmed winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) accommodation for the confirmed winner and his/her Guest (double occupancy) for three (3) nights in a hotel or hotels determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; (iii) $1000 CAD spending money for the confirmed winner; and (iv) two (2) general admission tickets to attend Game 2 or Game 3 of the Stanley Cup® Final (the “ Game ”) (dates and times to be confirmed by the NHL®). Game selection, seating, and location will be determined by the NHL and Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion.

Each Grand Prize has a total approximate retail value of $7,000 CAD based on a Toronto departure and Tampa Bay Host City example – although the actual retail value will vary depending on the point of departure and Host City. Under no circumstances whatsoever will any difference between the actual and approximate retail values be awarded. Choice of flights, airline(s), hotel accommodations (including, without limitation, room size and occupancy) and all other aspects of each Grand Prize are at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to each Grand Prize: (i) Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable and/or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) no substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s option; (iii) all travel related to the Grand Prize must occur within and/or on or before the date or dates specified by the Sponsor (otherwise the Grand Prize may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be forfeited in its entirety and, if forfeited, nothing will be substituted in its place); (iv) the confirmed winner and his/her Guest must: (a) have all necessary documentation to permit travel (including, if required, international travel to the United States of America and re-entry to Canada); and (b) travel on the same itinerary as set by or on behalf of the Sponsor; (v) the costs of everything not specifically and expressly stated above as included in the Grand Prize are the sole and absolute responsibility of the confirmed winner and his/her Guest, including, without limitation: meals and drinks; gratuities; entertainment; health and travel insurance; transportation for confirmed winner and his/her Guest to and from the Canadian departure airport selected by the Sponsor; additional transportation; baggage and other fees; and items of a personal nature (NOTE: confirmed winner and/or his/her Guest may be required to present a valid major credit card in his/her name at the time of hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses); (vi) if the confirmed winner and/or his/her Guest do not utilize any part(s) of the Grand Prize, then any such part(s) not utilized may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be forfeited in their entirety and, if forfeited, nothing will be substituted in their place; (vii) Sponsor reserves the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the Grand Prize or any component thereof; and (b) substitute the Grand Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash award; (viii) all travel arrangements relating to the Grand Prize must be made through the Sponsor or its designated agents; and (ix) by accepting the Grand Prize, the confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties if the Grand Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.

Guest Requirements : Each confirmed winner’s Guest must: (a) either be of the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence or have the express written consent (in form and substance satisfactory to the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion) to accompany the confirmed winner on the Grand Prize trip; and (b) sign (and have his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is under the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence) and return the Sponsor’s release (by the date indicated on the release form) indicating (among other things) that he/she waives all recourse against the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties relating to his/her participation in the Grand Prize (including, without limitation, any travel related thereto).

In the event that a confirmed winner resides within a three hundred (300) km radius of the Host City (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) , Sponsor will determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether or not the applicable Grand Prize will include airline travel, another form of transportation to and from the Host City, or reimbursement for certain incurred fuel costs. All decisions of the Sponsor in this regard will be final and binding without right of appeal.

It is strongly recommended and encouraged that each confirmed winner and his/her Guest obtain sufficient personal travel and medical insurance prior to departure. Flights are subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, airline, airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. The Sponsor and other Released Parties are not responsible for any delay, postponement, suspension, rescheduling or cancellation, for any reason, of any aspect of a Grand Prize – including, but not limited to flight(s) and/or the Game. Neither a confirmed winner nor his/her Guest nor any other person or entity will be compensated in the event of such delay, cancellation or other event contemplated herein. The Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets. Changes to flights and/or passenger names are not accepted once bookings have been confirmed.

    1. GRAND PRIZE CLAIM PROCESS:

If you find an eligible Winning Ticket, then you must email scorehockeytickets@spiderms.ca on or before 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 25, 2020 an d follow the instructions sent to you by or on behalf of the Sponsor. You will be required to submit your eligible Winning Ticket to the Sponsor for verification. You will be required to mail the eligible Winning Ticket along with your full name, complete mailing address (including postal code), telephone number, age, and current date on a plain white piece of paper to an address specified by the Sponsor. Registered mail is strongly recommended . It is anticipated that verification will occur within seven (7) business days of receipt of your eligible Winning Ticket or as soon after such period as is reasonably possible. If the Sponsor does not receive your eligible Winning Ticket in accordance with these Rules and/or cannot complete any required verification of your eligible Winning Ticket to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor, then your eligible Winning Ticket will not be accepted and will be declared by the Sponsor to be null and void.

    1. GRAND PRIZE SECOND CHANCE DRAWING (ONLY IF NECESSARY):

If (and only if) one (1) or more of the Winning Tickets has not been claimed in accordance with these Rules (each, an “ Unclaimed Winning Ticket ”), then the Sponsor will hold a random draw on May 26, 2020 in Toronto, Ontario at approximately 12:00 p.m. ET to select an eligible winner for any such Unclaimed Winning Ticket. For the avoidance of any doubt, if there are no Unclaimed Winning Tickets, then there will be no random draw. By way of example, if there is one (1) Unclaimed Winning Ticket then there will be a random draw to select one (1) eligible winner for the applicable Grand Prize. If there is a random draw, it will be conducted from among all eligible Entries [as defined below in Rule 6(a)].

The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of two (2) attempts via email and/or phone to contact any eligible winner selected in accordance with Rule 5(c) within five (5) business days of selection. If an eligible winner selected in accordance with Rule 5(c) cannot be contacted as outlined above, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the applicable Grand Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible winner for the applicable Grand Prize in accordance with the Rule 5(c) (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly-selected eligible winner).

    1. GRAND PRIZE WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

NO ONE IS A GRAND PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS A GRAND PRIZE WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES. Before being CONFIRMED AS A GRAND PRIZE winner , each eligible Grand Prize winner will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release); and (b) sign and return within three (3) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Grand Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Grand Prize; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, city and province/territory of residence, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet. If an eligible Grand Prize winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) fails to properly execute and return Contest documents within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the applicable Grand Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the applicable Grand Prize). Any Grand Prize(s) that are not or cannot be awarded in accordance with these Rules will be null and void and will not be awarded.

  1. PART B – Instant Win (501 Instant Win Prizes):

    1. HOW TO ENTER FOR THE CHANCE TO WIN AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE:

To enter for the chance to win an Instant Win Prize ( each, an “ Instant Win Prize ” and collectively, the “ Instant Win Prizes ”) , you must first obtain a valid UPC Code (a “ UPC Code ”). You can obtain a valid UPC Code: (i) from your Participating Product; (ii) from any other Cashmere ® , Purex ® , SpongeTowels ® or Scotties ®’ product (even if such product is not a Participating Product as defined in these Rules); and/or (iii) by sending in a Request in accordance with Rule 4(b). Once you have a valid UPC Code legitimately obtained in accordance with these Rules, visit www.scorehockeytickets.ca (the “ Website ”) and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your name, valid email address, valid telephone number and UPC Code in the space provided (each, an “ Entry ” and collectively the “ Entries ”). IMPORTANT NOTE: The same UPC Code can be used in relation to each Entry.

Once you have completed your Entry in accordance with these Rules, you will automatically be notified on-screen as to whether or not you are the eligible winner of an Instant Win Prize. If you are eligible to win an Instant Win Prize, then you will automatically be notified on-screen with a message indicating that you are eligible to win the specified Instant Win Prize (the “ Winning Message ”). If you are not eligible to win an Instant Win Prize, then you will automatically be notified on-screen accordingly.

At the start of the Contest Period, there will be a total of five hundred and one (501) Instant Win Prizes available to be won, as follows:

During the Contest Period, there are a total of five hundred and one (501) winning times (each a “ Winning Time ” and collectively, the “ Winning Times ”). Winning Times will be randomly generated and randomly seeded throughout the Contest Period. The first eligible entrant who completes an eligible Entry in accordance with these Rules on or immediately after a Winning Time will receive a Winning Message and will be eligible to win the Instant Win Prize associated with that Winning Time. If no eligible Entry is completed on or after a Winning Time before the next Winning Time, the eligible entrant who first completes an eligible Entry in accordance with these Rules following the second Winning Time will be eligible to win only the Instant Win Prize associated with the first Winning Time. The next eligible entrant who completes an eligible Entry in accordance with these Rules following this will then be eligible to win the Instant Win Prize associated with the second Winning Time (and so forth). The odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number and timing of eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.

Any discrepancy between the Instant Win Prize listed in the on-screen notification of a Winning Message (or otherwise) or on the Declaration and Release form (where applicable), will default to the Instant Win Prize listed in the Sponsor’s official Contest database. The Sponsor’s decisions with regards to all aspects of the Contest and the awarding of Instant Win Prizes are final and binding without right of appeal. There is an overall limit of ten (10) Entries per person (regardless of the method of obtaining the UPC Code) There is a limit of three (3) Instant Win Prizes per household. Instant Win Prize winners remain eligible to win a Grand Prize. There is a limit to win only one (1) trip for two (2) to the Stanley Cup® Final per person.

    1. INSTANT WIN PRIZE WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS (APPLICABLE TO ALL INSTANT WIN PRIZES):

NO ONE IS AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES. Before being CONFIRMED AS AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE winner , each eligible Instant Win Prize winner will: (a) be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release); and (b) may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be required to sign and return within seven (7) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the applicable Instant Win Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the applicable Instant Win Prize; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, city and province/territory of residence, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet. If an eligible Instant Win Prize winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) fails to properly execute and return Contest documents within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the applicable Instant Win Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the applicable Instant Win Prize). Any Instant Win Prize(s) that are not or cannot be awarded in accordance with these Rules will be null and void and will not be awarded.

  1. ADDITIONAL RULES:

If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to: (i) use multiple names, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s), and/or any other means not in keeping with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; (ii) falsely claim an eligible Winning Ticket without legitimately obtaining an eligible Winning Ticket in accordance with these Rules; and/or (iii) submit or attempt to submit an eligible Winning Ticket and/or UPC Code that has been falsified, manipulated or otherwise altered in any way (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Entries, Requests, Envelopes and other information (all of which are void).

  1. VERIFICATION:

All Requests, Winning Tickets, UPC Codes, Entries and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of a Request, Winning Ticket, UPC Code, Entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. Further, the Sponsor reserves the right to request the original Winning Ticket for the purposes of verification. Failure to provide such proof (including, if required, providing the original Winning Ticket and/or other materials) to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor . The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the official time-keeping device(s) used by the Sponsor. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures etc.) or attempted transmission of any communication, does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Sponsor.

  1. PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Each Grand Prize and Instant Win Prize (collectively each, a “ Prize ”) must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or assignable (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any Prize or a component thereof with a prize of equal or greater retail value. The Sponsor and the other Released Parties make no representation or offer any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsor or any of the other Released Parties should his/her Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, by accepting a Prize each confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties if the Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual that it deems to be in violation of these Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse participation by any person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter. In its sole and absolute determination, the Sponsor may disqualify any person who acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any other person.

The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of any website or any platform during or after the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any information or materials whatsoever to be received, captured, recorded or function properly for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; (iv) the failure of any Winning Tickets to be included in a Participating Product and/or Envelope; (v) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; (vi) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner; and/or (vi) any combination of the above.

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject only to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the “ Régie ”) in Quebec, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, problem, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject only to the approval of the Régie in Quebec, to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.

For Quebec residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

If due to printing, production, online, internet, computer or other error of any kind, more Prizes are claimed than intended to be distributed or awarded according to these Rules, then, in addition to having the right to terminate the Contest immediately, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to rescind invalid Prize claims and/or conduct a random draw from amongst all eligible claimants to award the correct number and type of Prizes as specified in these Rules. In no event whatsoever will the Sponsor or any of the Released Parties be liable for more than the number, type and value of Prizes as stated in these Rules.

By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted only for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: http://www.krugerproducts.ca/privacy.php ). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject only to the approval of the Régie in Quebec, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by the Sponsor, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant and/or any other information or materials with these Rules, or as a result of any problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, any website(s), French version of these Rules, point of sale, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by any representative of the Sponsor, the terms and conditions of these English Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, Sponsor or any of the other Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to this Contest.
